We meet on the first and third Thursday of each month at 10:30 am.

Supporting persons Facing Mental Health Challenges. Peer support plays a crucial role in assisting individuals in setting goals, acquiring personal empowerment strategies, and implementing coping mechanisms to aid in their recovery.
We also have a strong network of therapists who provide services to our families at a low cost.
This support group provides an opportunity for parents who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss to connect with others and find support.
For mothers who have gone through perinatal loss. During these visits, we check on the overall well-being of the mothers and conduct a mental health screening to provide the support they need.
For a small monthly fee, parents can access these special classes and watch them at their own pace.
